A. Observations in the classroom
The results of observations in IT RABBANI junior high school eighth grade English lessons. first I saw from the readiness of the teacher and students, when the teacher entered the student class in greeting, the readiness of students was very good when the teacher came. before the teacher starts the learning guide the teacher leads the prayer. when the teacher conveys material the student is able to capture what is conveyed and is able to distinguish part of speech. when I observed the teacher giving material about making personal invitation cards, and the language used by English and Indonesian mix teachers. and the average student can understand the vocabulary used by the teacher. after that the teacher divides the group of four people into one group, and is made in a circle, the group is chosen based on the students' own desires. each child has a guidebook or LKS. each group reads the text in turn and the teacher translates together with students using the word per word (literal). the teacher asks using English some students understand. sometimes the teacher explains using the source language (regional language) so that students understand more, and joke so students don't get bored. in learning here includes speaking and listening, and some students already understand grammar. the technique used is forming groups, students are given assignments according to instructions, and discussing and discussing together.

B. Teacher interview
Interview with the English RABBANI junior high school teacher. the strategy used is the methodology system, and the difficulty in this strategy is in vocabulary because students have difficulty interpreting it. and every morning students must collect memorization as many as five vocabulary words and their meanings so that they can help develop their vocabulary. the method used is mixed scientific lectures, discussions, and problem-based learning. and each meeting method is used alternately if there are difficulties in the material. the book used from the revision of the government and added with a more detailed explanation. Here are the skills used in speaking skills because many students are more daring in speaking even though they are still speaking they are still simple inside and outside the classroom to be more active in speaking. Significant changes in learning to use the method and changes that can have a drastic increase in students. the students' grades were evenly very good, the passive ones were above the KKM (75) and many even surpassed the KKM. efforts in learning vocabulary memorization and motivation.


C. interview with students
In the eighth grade IT RABBANI junior high school there were 21 students. they evenly like English lessons, and when the teacher delivers the material some students understand there are also numbers that are not due to full English so it is easy to understand and understand. some students prefer learning English such as reading dialok, speech and chanting with English reading and there are also writing. difficulties in students in grammar, memorizing vocabulary and reading because writing and reading methods are different. some students like reading books with English language such as short stories and xomic. and there are also those who don't like it because they don't understand the meaning of a reading. only this is what I can say thank you.
